We are intentionally curating a well-rounded mix of vendors for this outdoor-focused event, designed to reflect the lifestyle, interests, and traditions of the Southeast. This event is a spinoff of our well-loved Diamonds in the Rust market, with a strong emphasis on all things outdoors.
We are seeking vendors that align with the following categories:
Products and services that celebrate life outdoors, including hunting and fishing gear, knifemakers and custom blades, outdoor cooking equipment such as grills and smokers, BBQ supplies, sporting goods, athletic apparel, boat charters, fishing guides, hunting outfitters, and taxidermy or wildlife art.
Items designed for outdoor spaces and entertaining, such as patio furniture, fire pits, backyard features, outdoor décor, and plants.
Vendors that reflect ranch life and traditional craftsmanship, including cowhide goods, leatherwork, western-style apparel, and handmade items inspired by ranching and country living.
High-quality, take-home or ready-to-enjoy items including BBQ sauces, rubs, jellies, jams, packaged treats, locally made goods, and food trucks offering fresh, on-site options.
Businesses offering outdoor-related experiences or services, including charter services, guided trips, excursions, and outdoor recreation services.
We will be selecting a limited number of larger, featured vendors showcasing big-ticket outdoor lifestyle products such as boats, side-by-sides (UTVs), golf carts, and RVs. These vendors will serve as anchor attractions within the event.
A small number of boutique-style vendors may be accepted, provided their products align with the overall outdoor, ranch, or lifestyle theme.
We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities for businesses looking to gain increased exposure at this event. Sponsors may receive enhanced visibility through event promotion, including potential placement on event flyers and additional marketing features.
With the addition of our raffle and giveaways, this event provides a unique opportunity for sponsors to be seen and recognized by a large, engaged audience.
